Going to court

Who's who in court

Courtrooms vary greatly in appearance depending on which court you are attending. You may enter a very modern courtroom or you may enter a more traditional courtroom. Judges and magistrates wear black robes but no wigs. There are no juries in the Children's Court and the court is closed to the general public.

Visit our Who's who in court page for more information about the different people in the courtroom.
